If you want to have a leisurely morning, lunch or evening and the only thing missing is a suitable recipe, this is the right thing for you!
Delicious warm pumpkin porridge with sweet fruits and melting chocolate.
- 50g oatmeal
- 1 tsp psyllium husks
- 400ml water or vegetable milk
- 125g pumpkin puree
- Sweeteners of your choice
The preparation could hardly be easier! Simply mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then simmer on medium heat until the desired consistency is achieved.
But be careful: have your wooden spoon ready and stir the pumpkin porridge in the pot occasionally before it burns to the bottom.
Then portion the finished porridge in a bowl and garnish with delicious fruits and a few pieces of our raccoon chocolate. As in the great photo by @avegans_journey, we recommend fresh apple pieces, figs and the delicious almond chocolate.
